Sussex Drone Surveys - Case Study

Social Media Management

PROJECT DETAILS

Sussex Drone Surveys approached us they had an Instagram account and Facebook account but didn’t have the time to post consistently on there.

Client: Sussex Drone Surveys

Project Date: April 2021 - July 2021

The Brief

WHERE TO START?

The brief from them was to be present on social media, this included Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

This was a business that was started on the side of a full-time job so with a limited budget it was to get the name out there in the local area.

We’d be focusing on posting 2/3 times a week on each account, looking at the best times to post and what content works on what platform.

Key Achievements

• Working on their branding

• Giving them direction on the next steps

• Consistently posting across their profiles

• Identifying where the audience is located

The Results

What turned out to be a tricky task we got some good results and without doubt gave the company a lot of information to use moving forward. As a 3 month contract, it is often difficult to really build momentum.

We stuck to their branding and continued to carry that through the images used. Ultimately the results they were wanting were harder to obtain than they were thinking and we often say that it takes more than 3 months to really get a true reflection.

We’ve shown that with consistent posting you can get better results and ideally we’d of liked to make full use of sponsored posts on Facebook and Instagram.

The Future

The foundations are in place for them to build on the foundations we’ve put in place. The insight we gave them will allow them to focus on where they direct their resources and any future paid social advertising.
