How We’re Different…

Here at SSX Creative, we like to think we’re a little different; we pride ourselves on stepping out from the mould and guiding you on everything. Potential clients must understand that we don’t just build you a web store and hand it over to you. We’re not looking to sign a contract to make something for you and leave the rest up to you. 

Typically our clients are retailers who have a traditional store and want to start selling online; that’s where we come in. Your skills are in running the store, customer service, and running your business, but our skills are building and managing an e-store, so we’ll do all of that for you. 

Our timeline often looks like this: 

  • Create a brief of what the client would like

  • Build a simple template to fit in with the budget

  • Put together the essential details, terms & conditions, deliveries, returns, and contact pages.

  • Make a product list, everything that needs uploading, whether from an existing site or fresh.

  • Design artwork for the site, banners, logos, category pages etc

  • Create a product page with photos and descriptions.

  • Once the page is agreed upon, we’ll begin adding all the products.

  • Connect up domain, emails and payment gateways.

  • Set the site to live

This can be the point when some companies sign off and hand the site over to you, BUT we don’t; we continue to support and manage it for you. 

With new stock arriving, we’ll add this to your site straight away, we’ll source images, write the title and description, and when sale time comes around, we’ll get the prices changed for you. 

On top of this, we’ll update SEO, and change and design the website artwork to suit different seasons.
